Project Timelines

All project timelines provided by Jacquilait MP are estimates. We endeavor to complete projects within the stated timeframe, but timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, delays in material deliveries, or unexpected findings during construction. We pledge to keep clients informed of any changes as they occur.

Third-Party Contractors

Jacquilait MP occasionally employs subcontractors or third-party contractors to complete certain aspects of a project. While we select these parties carefully and manage them closely, we are not liable for their actions, delays, or defaults. We will, however, make every effort to address any issues that arise promptly and satisfactorily.

Material Variations

Clients should note that there may be slight variations in materials (e.g., color, texture) from what was shown in samples or promotional materials. Such variations are due to differences in production batches or natural variations in materials and do not indicate a defect or error on our part.

Permits and Regulations

It is the responsibility of Jacquilait MP (or the client, as specified in the contract) to obtain necessary permits and ensure that all projects comply with local regulations and building codes. We take this responsibility seriously and will work diligently to ensure full compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Jacquilait MP General Contractors limits its liability for indirect or consequential losses or damages arising from our work. Our liability is limited to the scope of work as outlined in our contract with the client.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and other intellectual property created for a project remain the property of Jacquilait MP unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these materials solely for the purpose and duration of the project.

Safety and Access

We prioritize safety on all our worksites. However, Jacquilait MP is not liable for accidents or injuries to visitors or clients on the site, except in cases of negligence by our staff or subcontractors. We ask that clients and visitors respect safety signage and guidance when on site.

Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client may result in additional charges and affect the project timeline. Change orders must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Warranty

Jacquilait MP provides a warranty for the workmanship and materials used in our projects. The specifics of the warranty, including duration and coverage, are outlined in our contract. We stand by our work and will address any issues covered by the warranty promptly and effectively.
